By placing an order with ma cheries, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Confirmation

All orders are subject to confirmation.
We may contact you via call or WhatsApp.
Unverified orders will be cancelled without notice.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

2. Payment Methods

We offer:

✔️ Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available nationwide.
Payment must be made at the time of delivery.

✔️ Bank Transfer (Recommended)

Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.
You must share payment proof (screenshot/receipt) and order number via WhatsApp/Instagram.

💡 Bank transfer orders are prioritized and processed faster.

3. Shipping Policy

Delivery time: 5-7 working days (major cities)

Delays may occur due to:

Weather
Courier issues
High order volume

We are not responsible for courier delays.

4. Returns & Exchanges (Strict Policy)

We offer exchange only (no refunds).
Exchange allowed within 24 hours of delivery.

Conditions:

Item must be unused.
Original packaging must be intact.
The request must be within 24 hours of delivery.

🚫 Not applicable if:

The product is used in any way.
Minor color differences (lighting issue).

5. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive:

Wrong item OR
Damaged product

👉 Contact us within 24 hours after delivery with:

Order details
Clear pictures/video proof

We will arrange an exchange.

6. Product Disclaimer

Colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences.
Handmade / finishing variations are normal and not defects.

7. Refusal at Delivery

If you refuse your order at doorstep:

You may be blacklisted from future orders.

(This is important for COD fraud control in Pakistan)

8. Intellectual Property

All images, content, and branding belong to ma cheries.
→ Cannot be copied or used without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms anytime without prior notice.
